I agree with this but still enjoy the commercial.
Also in some progressive office settings what they are doing is considered cool. If you work for or with technically inclined people they tend to let employees horse around on their phones or their office computers as long as they get their work done.
At least it's that way in the sales office where I worked for the last 30 years.
My old boss is kind of like the the guy in the first one that says the top sales guy, "You shouldn't be here, you could be doing all of your work from the golf course." Link to all three ads.
