Den of Geek: Toxic masculinity was the main antagonist of The Last Jedi

Holy shite!
I especially love this line:
Yes. Let's talk about the "competent" women of The Last Jedi. Specifically the competent Vice-Admiral Holdo. (Spoilers Follow)
How competent of her to keep her plans of escape so close to her chest? Their ship was on the brink of destruction, the crew's morale was shot to hell, and it looked like all hope was lost. So what she does in response to this is reveal only half of what actually was a two-part plan that involved stealth and cunning to find their way to a former rebel base to restock on ammo to continue the fight against the First Order.
Instead she informs Poe and those under her that the plan merely consisted of abandoning ship and hoping they didn't get killed. This in turn leads to a mutiny that almost sees the Resistance collapse in on itself. Instead of letting it get that far, Holdo would have been wise to inform Poe and his underlings that the purpose of the plan was to continue the fight. Leaving that vital part out was a) lazing writing to make her look like a mole/traitor and b) just stupid decision making and leadership on the part of a seasoned warrior.
But of course the Den of Geek article writes off Poe's actions as those of an immature man who can't be trusted to stick to the larger plan. Never mind the fact that at least one woman (Carrie Fisher's daughter) participated in the mutiny.

See my SJW thread about this

Didn’t detect even one inkling of political influence in the movie.
People are desperate to insert politics into everything.

Oh Jesus. If you didn’t detect it you must have had your eyes closed and your hands over your ears
I linked three stories touting the political aspects. This thread has another one and there are many more stories about. Just read.
You didn’t detect it? More like you are willfully ignorant and refuse to acknowledge it

It’s more like I went to a movie to be entertained and don’t give one flying frick about wether something should tell me how to live my life.
You are so angry over a franchise about space wizards and magic.
Get over yourself pussy.

It must be nice to have so little intelligence and not question a single thing in life. A perfect little Trumpkin. A slave and a sheep

So because I was entertained by a MOVIE, you somehow come to the conclusion I don’t question anything in the entire world.
You’re embarrassing yourself.

Maybe it’s because I just don’t define my life by a series about space magic, but no I’m not kidding.
I don’t care enough to think that much about it because it’s fricking Star Wars.

You’re the one denying the absolute crap fest that was the movie and claiming there was no agenda contained within

I didn’t deny that an agenda exists.
I’m saying I, myself, me, didn’t detect it. If I really dig deep into it maybe there is. I just don’t care wether there is or isn’t.
I don’t need a movie to tell me what to think or believe or confirm my own beliefs. I’m not that insecure.

It’s amusing how much self worth you have derived from this. Truly comical.

What does this have to do with a basic intellectual capacity to understand themes?
If you didn't pick up on any political themes and social commentary between Finn and Rose especially in the entire Casino sequence I have to assume you're brain dead.

You really are a cock commander.
Commanding cock into your mouth

I literally suck cock everyday because cock is delicious. Only a **** likes pussy over penis.
Posted on 12/16/17 at 5:32 am to Breesus
I literally just said
It’s Star Wars
Therefore I don’t care to examine it deeply enough to detect it
If you do, more power to you. I personally don’t care.
