from Wikipedia:

The full series was released in a limited series of 20 sets of DVDs, sold each for at least $100,000, and will not be made available on mass-market DVD

Who has ever seen any of these films? I think I saw about 5 minutes of one of them several years ago and remember it being some of the most sublime and surreal imagery I've ever seen....definietly some outlandish stuff

DUDE, I've been dying to see ANY of the Cremaster cycle for many years. I guess I know now why it's so hard to find online. I've only seen the trailer and was somewhat blown away.

and believe me when I say it only took 5 minutes to blow me away

I would love to see the entire thing

I never thought I would see this on TD!

I went to the Cremaster Cycle exhibition at the Guggenheim, they had scultpture and video screens all the way up the spiral ramp. It was quite strange and beautifully shot.

He used to date Bjork, and I believe he directed a video of hers..

I actually found a torrent of the 5 DVDs on PirateBay.org, but there's not many seeders and it's going to take me at least a week to download, but it's fricking worth it.

he still does

he didn't direct a video, but she was filmed in one of his movies, Drawing Restraint 9, credited as a 'human sculpture' and not an actor.

she refused to 'act' again after the movie Dancer In The Dark, which was apparently too emotionally tolling to make her ever want to act again. Although she did win Best Actress at Cannes for that performance

/bjork fanboy facts

ETA: based on the stills, I'd love to see some of these films. aesthetically, they look very interesting
