...A thousand moments! They're like a bag - of tiny diamonds. Don't matter if they're real or things I made up. The shape of your neck. That's real. The way you felt under my hands when I pulled you to me.

One of the biggest dogshit movies I've ever seen.

The amount of hype that film got back in the day was just flat out bizarre, on par with Million Dollar Baby.

I loved the music in it. Spent quite a bit of time on YouTube after seeing that movie checking out some of those great old songs.

The score and the cinematography. The visuals are quite beautiful.

It’s been a while since I’ve watched it, but I recall enjoying it for those two aspects, while the story seemed rather pedestrian.

The hype for this movie was so ridiculous. Wasn’t it at the height of Jude Law and Kidman’s “sexiness” in the media?

The media built this movie up as a serious threat to ROTK, it was laughable.

I didn't realize this. I didn't see it until years after it came out and thought it was a pretty solid movie without having any hype behind. However, if I had gone into it with all these crazy expectations I can see why it was a let down

I had a huge crush on Nicole Kidman around the time this movie came out, but I still couldn't make it through.

Ugh. The misery of it wears me out. Renee Zellweger was entertaining. The score was absolutely gorgeous. Beyond that? Don't ever need to see it again.
