Christmas Lights and Movie Board Banner!!!

First off, why don't we have Xmas lights yet?
Second, why do some boards get a kickass banner and we don't?
I seem to recall on several occasions some of you guys have put together top notch MovieBoard banners yet the Powers That Be shut us down.
The dang music board has a banner. Chicken, why no love for the movie board?
The outdoors board has a fancy schmancy banner.
Rise up Movie Board, rise up!

AND... the banners the guys put together oozed class and movie board. To this day I don't quite understand why they didn't use any of the banners. They were top notch.
