I think Saul is going to be Walt's undoing. Saul is sleazy and unscrupulous; he is not bound by any moral or professional ethics. He's going to blackmail Walt (or use some other nefarious means)to prevent him from leaving the meth business. Walt's going to be Saul's cash cow. Mr. White's going to regret ever getting involved with that sleaze bag.
I agree, i defintely think Saul is going to do something to keep him in it

I think Saul has a connect with the Mexican cartel and is going to use money from Walt to pay off the cartel. Remember how he was freaking out when Walt and Jesse kidnapped him, he mentioned a couple spanish names if I remember correctly. I expect this whole circle to come together in another episode or two. Are any of you wondering if Skyler's baby is actually Walt's? Are any of you suspicious that it may be Ted's?

That's too soap opera-esque for this show in my opinion. I think you are right that Saul is probably mixed up with the cartel and he'll bring Walt into that whole ordeal.
And I'm glad we're getting some discussion going about this show finally. I've been trying to get people talking about it for a while now.

i think Cranston did an excellent job pulling off the "want to be pissed off,not pissed off" look when he found out he was in remission

He is an excellent actor. Never would've seen this coming from his Malcolm in the Middle days. Also, I was watching an episode of How I Met Your Mother, last night and he had a role in that. How he goes from those two roles to this is pretty awesome.

Hard to believe he's the same actor who played one of the neighbors on King of Queens.

I hope you're right. I like Skyler and feel she's the stabilizing influence in Walt's life (or is at least trying to be). I really hope she's not a skag. I think Ted will make a move on her soon though; we'll find out if she takes the bait.

You and me both. I've been on the message board at www.breakingbad.com, but I prefer this one. There are some interesting discussions on that site, though.

So is Skyler's boss gonna try something before or after the baby is born?

He seems like a real horndog, so I'd guess before. He may be into the preggo sex thing. However, given Walt's state-of-mind, I wouldn't frick with his woman.

Yea they really need to bring it all together in the next few episodes because the cartel seemed to be a pretty big deal a few weeks ago, but yesterday was nonexistant. Still though I do like yalls idea about Saul being connected.

there are so many different elements involved in this whole show. I think something bad is gonna happen to Walt's brother-in-law, and he will have knowledge of it and not be able to do anything about it.

What makes you say this?

Do you think the boys from Juarez are going to exact vengance on Hank for killing Tuco? That's a possibility. I also think the illegals who found Tuco's grill in the river are going to be a factor down the road.
