I really wanna make a distasteful joke here but I'm pretty sure it would be bannable (hell I'd ban someone for it). So I'll just say.... touche'

What show are you watching in which Walt doesn't deserve to get "ratted out"? Everyone has limits and going through the torture that you're made to believe you may have inadvertently poisoned a child by someone you trust along with the sum of everything else is quite enough. That's not a bitch move, that's all the man can handle.

Your post is that of a 15 year old.

Riiiight. Gus was never violent.

Jesse has been by his side 50-50 for just about everything. If Jesse wanted to not be a bitch about it, he should have killed Walt and then killed himself for his equal crimes. Instead he chooses to be a rat. There is nothing good about that.

This isn't me saying walt deserves nothing that happens to him, because that couldn't be any further from the truth. But Jesse is a rat bitch, plain and simple. And it was perfectly personified when he spit in Walt's face while Walt was handcuffed. That is such a bitch thing to do.

Gus never became violent towards Walt and Jesse until Jesse's stunt.

I'm not the only one who sees the adolescence dripping from your posts. I suspect you're missing a good bit of what's going on with Jesse because you're so wrapped up with his being "hard" instead of a "bitch." Sorry.

I'm almost 30. Find me a better word to describe his actions. You won't.

Another condescending jackoff that thinks this show is just too complicated for someone that describe someone as a bitch to get. Get over yourself. I'm watching the same show you are.

He was never violent towards Victor either. How'd that work out? Past is prologue and he used violence with as much reservation as I use a hammer or wrench.

You're not watching the same show I am if the only insight you can muster is bitch, bitch, bitch, rat bitch.

At 30, surely you could find a better term to describe him.

He's been greedy, ambivalent, conflicted, resigned, broken down, furious, betrayed and vengeful over the course of the show. I suspect those must all be synonyms for "bitch" to you.

that thinks this show is just too complicated

I don't think it's too complicated. I suspect you just don't bother to view it without the eyes of a 15 year old.

This is actually inaccurate. Recent studies have shown that vocabulary dramatically decreases after the 30th birthday. Scientists attribute it to part your soul dying on that birthday.

This whole show does away with the notion of "good" or "bad." That's the point. These are people who are acting like people. Walt pretended to be a drug kingpin. He had to make up a name, in fact, to do so. But at his core, Walt is more complex than that. He is a father and husband. He is a jealous ex-partner. He is a jaded teacher. He is a tortured soul trapped in a prison of his own creation.

As discussed by Vince Gilligan himself, Jesse was never cut out to be a drug dealer. Particularly at the highest level. He never had what it took to rule ruthlessly, or let others around him do so. He is an emotionally driven, morally torn individual whose prior bad acts are killing him from the inside. He is caught up in a tidal wave of shite he absolutely regrets and sees no way out of (hence his drug problems). Until he goes to meet the disappearing man.

Then the news hits that Walt poisoned Brock. Jesse's world is obliterated. It is confirmed for him: his father figure is inhuman. The man he thought cared for him has gone so far to manipulate him that, in a blind rage, Jesse goes to set Walt's house on fire. He doesn't go to the cops because he's a bitch. In actuality, the DEA captures him and Jesse becomes completely trapped. The only way out is to cooperate. In the desert, he can't all out assault Walt. The DEA wouldn't allow that. But he can do the most degrading thing anyone can do and that's spit in the face of his puppeteer. It's not a bitch move. It is a real move.

You need to get out of the mindset of standard gangster flicks. This isn't that. Jesse isn't a "rat bitch". He's a fully fleshed out character with motivations that run far deeper than being afraid of Walt.

For frick's sake, that's not the only insight. But since it was what I was responding to, that's what I used.

Whatever you say chief. I just have the mind of a 15 year old because I chose to respond to someone calling Walt a bitch

You do realize I can agree with all that and still think Jesse's being a rat makes him a bitch, right?

You and Jake seem to be hung up on the actual word "bitch" and think it somehow makes my opinion less than yours. Again, get over yourself.

Yes I can. There are many things Jesse has done throughout the show. Some of them I like and admire him for. Others, such as being a rat, I don't. Just because I'm focusing in the being a eat part right now doesn't mean I don't see all that other stuff.
