Ferris got what he deserved. Was always trying to start some sh*t. Can't fight so he was always trying to find some excuse to shoot somebody.

Doughboy was a Rollin 60 Crip and Ricky was killed by the rival Crenshaw Mafia Bloods. FYI- Crips wouldn't drive a red Sentra or wear red clothing

Loved the movie when I was young. I recently re watched it and my god the acting is laughably bad lol. I could barely finish the movie. If you haven't seen this movie since you were a kid I suggest you check it out again. Completely changed my opinion.

For 1 they wanted to get him out of the street, just in case those dudes came rolling by again some more shots.

Also if you didn't learn anything from the movie, hood dudes do not like to call 911 unless it's absolutely necessary. Not rhe most logical, but that is what it is.

Chances are they took Ricky to mom's house to hide away from the shooters, from there they probably called 911 offscreen, although it was likely too late.

In realities, they were getting him home for a reason.

None of us knew they were so far ahead of the curve

My question is why did Ricky want to split up with Trae to begin with? Didn’t seem very logical to leave you patna after running from gun wielding thugs through the hood.

Yep, I'm a know-it-all dumb-arse here. Really glad Crips and Bloods are now irrelevant enough for me to have been confused about this.
