Streameast or Sportsurge. Both work on my iPhone all the time for any CFB game. You just have to be patient because you're gonna get a bunch of pop up ads first.

You could probably sign up for Fubo. Watch the game and then cancel. I am sure they have a week free trial or something.

Open YouTube, search and then click on the game you want to watch for college football. You can’t do it for the NFL, but I discovered last season that a lot of college football games are streamed without any problems.
