No clue. I haven’t watched either one. Not a fan of Levi.

It's already out? I've barely seen any ads for it at all.

Ads all over youtube. I don't watch much tv anymore. I would imagine, especially for a movie like this, that most advertising would be done on social media platforms vs cable tv.

I guess that's the way most advertising will go.

Not even close.

It is on level with the theatrical Suicide Squad or Wonder Woman 1984.

So I saw Blue Beetle.

I think I can tell what they were hoping to do, but the movie was still a hot mess.

The underlying theme of family and trying to do good for the right reasons were overwhelmed by just how awful the execution was done.

Lame jokes, ridiculous contrivances, inconsistencies, mixed in with the most outlandish of convenient plot twists....

Not to mention some almost scene for scene rip offs of Spider-man, Ironman, and others.

This movie was on par with a PG-13 version of Spy Kids. Maybe that's what they were going for, which is fine, but damn.

Which is a shame because I liked the pieces they had to work with. I think they had the right actors, for the most part, but it was just so poorly written and directed, I can see why it failed at the box office.

I'm 54 minutes in, this movie is horrible. It just needs an 80s sitcom laugh track to achieve it full potential.

Somehow there's still 70 minutes to go. I don't think I will make it to the end.

Not really. It’s pretty bad.
