I can’t fricking wait. Black Panther was the best film of 2018, Into the Spiderverse was a close second. Should have won the Oscar for Best Picture. Can’t wait for the sequel! Maybe if Marvel and Sony patch things up, Miles Morales Dan team up with BP?

I think there’s some potential for M’Baku to be the villain.
Think about it. He’s always disliked T’Challa’s family. He lost a lot of soldiers in the battle of Wakanda and saw half his tribe turned to dust fighting what, in his eyes, was T’Challa and his outsiders buddies’ battle.
T’Challa and Shuri being dusted for 5 years had to leave a power vacuum open in Wakanda. Who knows, maybe M’Baku was left in charge during that time. Sure, he showed up to fight in Endgame, but only because the fate of the universe was at stake.
He might be blaming the entirety of Infinity War and Endgame on T’Challa and his involvement with the Avengers.
BP 2 could be about T’Challa and M’Baku warring over the throne with M’Baku leading a full-scale assault by the Jabari on the capital.

One bad thing about Marvel having such a large cinematic universe is that we have to wait so long for sequels to established characters.
Ryan Coogler better have that CGI on point for BP2, no excuses this time.
