I knew Foxx was going to win an oscar after that watching that film.

I also knew Vivica was a ho... but she wears it well.

menace 2 society, belly, boyz n da hood, baby boy, juice were the only ones i liked. all others made by rappers like master p movies (good god awful) or killa season with camron (laughable) are funny to watch. its just a different culture with different standards i guess who the hell knows.

I have the original VHS tape of it

It depends on what you consider a "Black" movie, you could be talking about Mo Betta Blues and School Daze, or those shitty straight to DVD urban flicks.

God only knows who thought this was a good idea:

Ironically John Amos left Good Times (hence suddenly being killed off) because he felt the show was becoming too stereotypical.

I don't think that is considered a "black" movie simply because it is not American blacks. It is not the same category as Friday or Boyz In Tha Hood.

Now you're just naming movies with Denzel. Neither are "black" movies.

I saw someone wrote Hoop Dreams. Awesome movie. Depressing, but awesome.
