2) Tied the bathroom door open while Haleigh was on the toilet.
3) Joked about saying the N word last night.
Not to mention his game seems weak now that he's forcing himself on people smart enough to see what he's doing.

That vote could be a wonderful thing. If you want to make BB truly great every season, you take all the people who voted to kick him off and you fire them. That would solve lots of the shows issues immediately.
I don't recall the vote for Bayleigh when she was being a complete and total racist in the house. Or is racism ok if it's against white people?

I agree Bayleigh is confirmed racist but JC has done some creepy shite recently. Leaving the door open while Haleigh was on the can and touching/kissing Tyler while he was asleep. The vote was for the Tyler situation. If Tyler were a female, JC would be gone.

The Haleigh thing was overblown. She was talking about it last night and laughing. He knocked and she didn't answer so she could throw toilet paper at him. So to get her back he left the door open.
