One of 7 people need to win it.
There is no risk of Brett (or any of them) not wanting to use it because he is scared someone he is close to goes up. Angela gets to have a little of an HOH and replace the nom, until the new twist that will be announced if one of those win it giving Bayleigh the power to name the replacement nom.
