Paul didn't play a great game the first half of the season, mostly because he didn't have to. But he has played a great game the latter half. Being able to play both sides like he has, while avoiding making himself a target is impressive.

Jason needs 3 votes to go home. So if he's gone, Alex and Jason know that Paul played them. If Paul votes Kevin and it goes to Christmas for the tie breaker...he throws them under the bus to look like the bad guys in order to stay in favor with Jason and Alex.
This would require them to think on their own, which they have been unwilling and unable to do all season. They listen to Paul blindly.

she thinks she is getting some kind of sympathy /sweetheart/ southern belle edit and that everyone loved her and matt, and all admire her courage due to the pacemaker etc.
I cant wait to see her fake world come crumbling down after this season is over.
Her mother basically shopped around until finding some shady doctor willing to put this bullshite pacemaker into a perfectly healthy girl.

Is it Pauls amazing game or the fact that he is playing with the biggest group of idiots in the history of the show?
40% Pauls game, 60% BB idiots?

I can barely handle Raven. She did a cartwheel heading into her position at Veto comp, then later show her in her room by herself twirling her fingers and looking at them as in a trance. Or she's doing some stupid ballet move. And not to mention the butt crust and earwax eating amongst others they haven't shown on TV. The quirkiness and grossness are unbearable at this point.
And Btw, Bobby's impression of Josh was also spot on. But really anyone can yell Meatball at top of lungs and nail it.

This is where I have a hangup with his game. On the one hand he has completely brainwashed these people to worship the ground he walks on, but on the other hand that takes away from his game some because no matter what he does, he will always be okay. He's not playing masterfully behind the scenes, like Derrick, his game is obvious and people see it but are scared to do anything. Raven said last week she wants to lose to him, Josh knows full well Paul is looking out for himself but listens to whatever he tells him, and hell Christmas is so brainwashed she won't even let Josh talk about Paul. What's sad about how scared they are is that they have the votes to take him out, but no one wants to be the one to make the move, and at this point even if someone takes a shot at him and misses, unless he wins HOH the rest have bigger targets he couldn't convince them to abandon without making it seem like he was fully trying to only do what's best for him (though I'm not even sure that would matter).
He deserves credit for brainwashing them, but his game would be destroyed on any other season. He basically tried the same thing last season, but it didn't work. and he had to attach himself to a comp beast to make it far (which was good game play admittedly as he got to final 2 and Victor got voted out 3 times).
Just IMO, and I get people who disagree.

Yeah he's a savvy game player and he's running the house but it doesn't mean he's playing a GREAT game. He's just taken advantage of what was given to him, which is a bunch of idiots and protection early on. When Josh compared his game to Derrick and Dan, I cringed.
I feel like they should have a wonderlic type of test for HGs before they select them

If Paul wins he should go down as a good player, but with an *
* Because of the unfair advantages he was given at the beginning of the game

An average sized adult seems like a great basketball player against a six-year old; especially when the league gives the adult a shorter goal with a bigger rim.

I think I'd have to see one of those refund checks to believe any of the money was returned! I'd be shocked.

Isn't it that if you don't meet your goal or whatever that everyone gets their money back?

I haven't posted in this thread in about 2 weeks but I just wanted to stop by for old times sake and say that Christmas is a cunt.

I read that they took it down at some point and then recently put it back up. People are now donating the minimum $5 just to leave some hilarious comments about her.
It's short of 5,000 though lol.
Edit: And yeah, PP may be playing a great game at this point, but it still matters how he got to that point and that was because this season was completely rigged for him to win.
Only thing that could possibly mess it up for him at this point is being eliminated during the final 3 comps.
He makes to final two, yeah, he should win much as it pains me to say it, but he's not even a top 10 BB player imo.
Ultimately, without those 3 weeks safety, this would have a whole different season. I hope next the twist is that there are no twists. Just straight up gameplay, no vets, and everyone plays for the veto.

she basically confessed her love for Paul last night
probably emotional from her blown off marriage , which would be around this time. plus the broken foot, ruined career, and being trapped in that house having to listen to RAVEN and not being able to turn her off like we can.
not defending her. just stating
