99% of these competitions at this point each year are variations of the same competitions they have in other seasons. HOH comps have always mixed mental games, endurance games and luck of chance games. I think last night was just where the luck of chance game fell.
I don't think that was a production scheme.
I don't think it was a production scheme either. I didn't see anyone on here say it was a production scheme against Jody but I could've easily missed that. The only comment I saw on here was someone saying it should've been a competition of determination. Which I think is very reasonable.
I just don't like the randomness of this game of chance. Sure, sometimes it works the way I want it to work, but I still prefer games where there is skill involved.

Some of the blame has to go on Jessica during her HOH week because it was a complete waste. She knew Paul would never side with her, should've put him and alex up. End of discussion. Instead, Ramses gets sent home, an ally for you.

So Paul is wanting Xmas to use her temptation just to make it appear they are backdooring Cody when he really wants Jessica out. Xmas is being vague on how long her temptation (replacing herself for a player that gets picked to play Veto) is good for. She is putting up a little resistance to Paul.
Xmas is the only person in the game that has more influence over Josh than Paul does (she has taken on a motherly role with him). If she was smart, and maybe with a little help from production, she should convince Josh that the only way for him to win this game would be for him to be the HOH that takes out Paul with a blindside. The chances to win HOH are going to be limited for Josh and a crippled Xmas and she needs to convince him that this is his chance to become on of the "greatest" BB players . . . which he is dumb enough to eat that shite up.
This is the only thing that could save this season for me at this point.

I did read excerpts from a convo Christmas had with someone(Mark or Josh, forget who) last night where she seemed suspicious of Paul. Like she was feeling him out on where he stood with Paul. They were also kind of fed up with Matt and Raven. Matt for being worthless, and Raven for being annoying.
ETA: So there are some cracks in that group. Probably best for Jess and Cody to lay low and let those cracks expose themselves than try to exploit them. One of them winning the Temptation safety would be huge to ramping up some paranoia.

I'm not done watching because usually when the game is this predictable something happens to mess up the plan.
Also I haven't seen it said but frick Kevin for not trying last night. There comes a point where he's a great personality by a total waste as a player.

Likewise Cody cause he convinced Jess not to use the veto on Ramses. Jess was trying to get back in good graces with the majority of th house by kicking out someone she thought (and rightfully so) they all hated in Josh.
And they do all hate Josh, but like Paul, have come to see him as their pit bull to unleash against enemies.
This is the stupid part of the two day's episodes. Jess never really considered not using the hex, least not in the degree that the episodes portrayed. They took a bunch of DR answers and made it look like some masterful strategy by Paul to get Cody out, not his end of the deal and somehow feel self-righteous enough to rally the troops against them when she decides to shoot down the deal.

But not once did they show flashback to Raven stealing the ears and pouring out the coke
This is so irrelevant. Who gives a shite if she did these things. Contestants do this type of stuff every yr in the BB house. Oh the horror, Raven poured out someone's coke. Some folks in this thread sound like a bunch of teenage girls who hate Justin Bieber's girlfriend because they think he's cheating on them

This won't happen because of Xmas power

I don't like it either but it was 100% the right move for him at this point.

It's not just this week. It's every week. I understand not wanting to be seen as a threat but you can at least play off not trying. Kevin's only hope of making it to final two is the same as Raven, be so weak that everyone else knows they can beat you. At least Raven would get sympathy votes. Kevin would get steamrolled based off of doing nothing.

it matters because the 95% of America that watches just the show and not the live feeds think that Jessica did it, when in reality Raven did it then lost her shite on Jessica for it. You idiot.

Does anyone know when the first double eviction will be?

I don't think so

Spot on. This season was so promising and then production started manipulating it hard. They really fricked it up.
Paul having 3 weeks of immunity was the most bullshite shite show in the history of Big Brother.
Cody had his arse dead to rights. That was terrible. It gave him all the power on top of him being a vet, of course everyone without a backbone is gonna follow this dude around like a puppy.
Paul shouldn't even be here.
The Temptation twists were terrible and hurt the game immensely IMO.
Who do we root for when Cody is out of the house?
Kevin?
I was liking Alex but all she is is a Paul Pet.

I'd guess week after next. They've got to start cutting HGs quick.

I was curious about this, so it really was Raven who hid the ears?
What a joke.

Oh no, America is gonna hate Jessica because they think she poured out someone's coke.

I will probably not follow as closely this week because it seems like its a dull week and we all know what will occur(repeat of last week)...
So Jess/Cody is evicted correct? Is the chatta still keep Cody over Jess? J/w...
Also, cliffs on anything good that happened last night.
TIA!

I would be pleasantly surprised if josh has the balls to do that. He doesn't though.

America would despise Raven if production gave her a true edit that wasn't intended to protect Paul.
