Better HBO war-based show: Band of Brothers or Pacific?

They are both great, but Band of Brothers may be the best 10 or so hours of television ever. So if you can only watch one, watch Band of Brothers. If you can watch both, watch the Pacific first so you aren't comparing it to Band of Brothers.

BoB easily. Pacific is still good but the story and character development in BoB was head and shoulders better.

I couldn't get past Winters being the bad guy in homeland. I quit watching homeland because of it.

Pacific was okay, but I didn't have any connection with or care about any of the characters like I did in BoB.

Watch them both but watch The Pacific first so you can be even more mesmerized by BoB.

Generation Kill is better and more realistic than both. But BoB is not far behind. Both are fantastic.
