As someone already said, The Americans had a great one.

Also, I've always loved the opening scene from Trueblood. Didn't use any of the actual show characters, but captured the creepiness and campiness of the show perfectly.

Im suprised not mention to The Walking Dead, it was shot in black in white, with a confused protagonist, waking up in a hospital.
I thought it was one of the best opening to a series.
Sadly the walking dead started some bigtime suckage shinangians.

And another Mention to Chernobyl.
Chernobyl was a masterpiece.
