It seems like Aziz writes funny stuff and delivers it well, but really sucks when he has to improvise.

you love dane cook and tbs original comedies i bet

AA is hilarious. It helps that I enjoy the hell out of all his pop culture references.

wrong, Dane when I was younger was entertaining but nothing to write home about. And haven't seen a show on TBS in 10 + years.. nice try though. Any other guesses?

aziz talking about kanye west is great, even though he played that shite into the motherfricking ground
Posted on 6/5/10 at 4:11 pm to Gotigers57
you tell me. who are the funny comedians to you?
Posted on 6/5/10 at 4:13 pm to Maximus
Aziz Ansari, Anthony Jeselnik, and Jon Lajoie have to be my three favorite comics who are relatively new.
My only complaint about Aziz is that he shouts his punchlines too much, but his stand up is still funny. I really like the development of Tom Haverford as well, and I imagine he has a lot of influence on that.
Lewis Black has to be my least favorite comedian.

I don't think he's all that funny either. It just seemed like everything I watched of him was for high school kids or something.

you can criticize his delivery (especially the !!!! shite), but this is fricking gold

There are very few comedians I don't like, and I just don't get the appeal for this dude. He's a lamer version of Lewis black without the political satire ( IF I'M LOUD AND HAVE AN ANNOYING VOICE IT HAS TO BE FUNNY!). But it'd be hard for me to boil down a "top" list, but here are some that I consider pretty damn good (in no particular order) : Zach Galifinakis, Carlin (RIP), Pryor (RIP), David Cross, Dave Attell, Nick Swardson, Doug Benson, Mitch Headburg (RIP), Jim Gaffigan, Pablo Francisco, Patton Oswalt and the crew and a ton of others. I'd say a pretty diverse group..
But hell maybe I haven't seen his good stuff, got a link to some good clips?
