Anyone watch Devs (FX) ?

This was made by the same dude who made Ex Machina. I have extremely high critical standards and I give this show my rare official seal of approval. It has a similar atmosphere and vibes to Shogun , so if you enjoyed that im certain you will like this too. Do yourself a favour and watch this if you haven't checked it out.

Yeah I watched this through and mostly liked it. The ending was a bit strange, but that wasn't exactly inconsistent. The leading actress and her boyfriend clearly didn't have any natural chemistry in real life, and frankly I'm not so sure she's the strongest actress. But curiously, I think that kind of fit in with the mood this series was trying to get across - almost a surrealistic detached atmosphere (never watched Shogun, so don't know the comparison). There were some small logical leaps-of-faith you kind of had to glaze over. Pretty good production. I'd overall recommend it.
