My buddies and I watched this a few weeks before the LSU v WVU game to get mentally prepared for the hill Billy's. there are many people up there just like the whites

I remember in the beginning of the movie they interviewed some "prominent" resident of Boone County and he said that they had recently had a young man that got a scholarship to MIT. And then he had this incredulous look on his face and he said something to the effect of "and your doing a film on the White's". It was priceless and pathetic all at once, the filmaker had nothing to say.

You'll probably have to torrent it unless you have a friend that has a bootleg copy. It was originally on PBS I think, so the way I and many others saw it was a bootleg VHS or DVD recorded from it.
