I mean the dong shots, a.k.a. the closeups of the dong shorts. So both, basically. 
ETA: And yes, I am very familiar with the attire of the 80s. I just didn't get why that clip kept showing closeups of the shorts and dongs over and over (and over).
And I am wondering why the hell that clip/trailer (if you can call it that) has you "HYPED" about the season. I thought it was terrible.

They had like 3 dong shots of one specific guy for about a 15 second span. Again, probably to emphasize that it's going to be a big character trait for him that will be made fun of/lampooned before it's cut off in some grotesque way. Very common trope for those dumb 80s slashers. It's just the outline of a penis, my guy. Loosen up.
As I've already said, I'm hyped for a variance of reasons:
X AHS will more than do justice to the campiness of an 80s slasher, as evidenced in the clip
X Brunette Emma Roberts playing a classic "final girl" while wearing full-body unitard
X Bad girl Billie Lourd with that awesome hair/MOAR unitards
X The awesome, cheesy 80s music that will pervade throughout the season
X I'm even hyped for Cody Fern's obvious George Michael rip-off
A LOT to love about where this season could go. AHS has always been better when it's leaned into the camp, IMO. This season should provide plenty of opportunities for that.
