It looks like they must have sent them there at an different time of year. I guess. Otherwise I have no clue.

Agreed that this season has been a disappointment. I guess that's on the selection of participants?

Although they do get to gather shots of the camp...

How boring must it be for the guys filming to shoot the contestant pack up their things? They didn't want to convenience them by packing beforehand?!


And it is a shame they don't have the camp destruction sequences like last year. Showing the camp go from shelter, back to a natural setting.

Don't think so. She must have not been doing much those days.

I wish they would show more of the building & survival processes, as in a teaching manner to show people how they're doing these things & spending their hours, aside from the laying around.

The true suffering has begun. This week it was the monotony of being out there alone for so long. Next week is the advent of winter.

Felt really bad for Jose. D7de finally got his kayak done & he's got no salmon to show for it...

Not sure why but I liked this episode. I like the final four. Jose has to be a heavy favorite at this point.

So three more episodes. My predictions:

E11- Nicole leaves. She hasn't had much adversity yet. Could see the lack of calories on her face last episode.

E12- Larry leaves. Boredom of being inside due to weather causes him to crack. He was already getting loopy and it has been nice out.

E13- Jose takes it home after David does something risky/stupid. Jose decides not to leave so that he can ride out the winter.
