Actor/Musician Glen Hansard passes away at the age of 56...

For those of you who never saw the movie Once, you are missing a real treat. Glen Hansard was an Irish singer/actor who starred in the aforementioned 2007 film alongside fellow musician/actress Markéta Irglová. It was a lovely little independent flick that featured one of the better songs to win the Oscar for Best Original Song this century: Falling Slowly.
He died this morning in a motorcycle accident.

That movie was gem, and Hansard was a very good singer-songwriter.
