I never would have thought that deep to realize the connection between Dorne being the sun and having Qwentyn setting in the east by dying.
It's one of those things I think you'd pick up on if you reread the books, but reading them first it's so easy to miss. I didn't think of it until I first saw someone question Dorne's sigil and that first part, and then you think about the rest and it makes sense, especially with Dany bleeding again.
But if Khal Drogo comes out where he typically came in, that just might be over the line!
Mountain crumbles -> Zombie Gregor falls apart while championing for Cersei, leading to her finally getting what has been coming to her for awhile?

When Mel was asking her fires to show her Azor Azai reborn (trying to find out where stannis was) all it showed her was jons face.
See, it was all this that makes me think we'll never hear Jon's name again, as if he was just another dead body. Seemed every mention of Jon talked about him seeing himself fighting the walkers with a sword of fire. And every Mel chapter was "I'm trying to see Stannis the chosen but all I keep seeing is Jon!" and "I see Jon as man then wolf then man again" (with the way Jon ended...). It's hard to take the obvious lead up as what will actually happen.
I think it will be what it is pointing to. Jon's last line about not feeling the 4th stab could have been him jumping completely into Ghost. Man to wolf. They burn the bodies on the wall, and Melisandre will likely make a ritual out of it (bitch probably set that all up anyway, he was following her as it was before he heard Wun Wun playing ping pong alone like Forrest Gump with a dead body). Cue *magic!* and Jon jumps from Ghost back to his body...
only to step on a splinter, get infected and die as the walkers approach the wall.
I hate how this series has me expected the worst in the worst ways

I dont believe anyone is dead in this series until a point of view character sees the body with their own eyes

Arya's wolf, Nymeria, pulled a certain water-logged body from the Trident and it didn't mean that much.

If im not mistaken that was before we understood the significance of the stark childrens dreams.... I could be wrong though

Arya's wolf, Nymeria
Speaking of her, I really hope she comes into play again. They spent too much time talking about a she-wolf leading a crazy pack of wolves for her not to be reunited with Arya. Maybe it was just a dialogue thing for the reader to say "Well, I know why the wolves are so brave." but I hope not.
Another storyline that has fallen off is the whole thing with Robert's bastards. It seemed like that would play a part in the overall story in COK, but it has fallen by the wayside.

Don't for one second think that grrm doesn't have something in store for nymeria and the bull. Idk what it is yet but much like winter. It is coming
