The Buffalo Bills select Christian Kirk, WR from Texas A&M with the 53rd pick.
Anytime you draft a QB early, I think it makes sense to get him some weapons to throw to so he has the best opportunity possible to succeed. Buffalo may have one of the worst WR corps in the NFL currently, and they could really use a slot guy like Kirk to work the short and intermediate areas of the field. Kirk is strong and quick enough to contribute right away, as well as grow with Mayfield as he gets more comfortable running the full route tree.

Nice pick. Think they cut Dez?

Chiefs pick Donte' Jackson, CB, LSU
This is an obvious need pick for the Chiefs, with Revis and Peters gone and nobody signed to replace them.

This always doesn't end well.

With the 56th pick, the Bills select Tyrell Crosby, OT from Oregon.
Crosby doesn't have textbook length, but he is strong as an ox and will contribute in the run game right away. Buffalo traded away one of their starting tackles earlier this offseason, and offensive line is a position of importance when you have a young QB and rely on the run game with Shady McCoy. Crosby will get first crack at RT, but if he can't win that job I could see him kicking inside to guard. Versatile players who can fill multiple holes are just what the doctor ordered for a roster like Buffalo's.

Usually we run out of steam at the end of the third, we barely made it through the first round

I demand a redraft! (Mostly so I can have another first round pick from the cooks trade. But shoutout to me picking a WR. Nostradamus in the House)

Titans pick Josey Jewell, MLB, Iowa
A bit of a reach, but he is arguably the best MLB left. The Titans have quality DTs, and he is strong against the run.

Falcons Select...Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis
With the departure of Taylor Gabriel in free agency, the Falcons are in need of a slot reciever, and Miller fits the bill.
Defensive line, and tight end were also considered with this pick, but I feel that Miller is the best pick available for the teams needs.
