die hard Yankees fan, but I will admit I hate Hank and what he is doing to the club. So I am rooting for the Rays to win the division and someone else other than YANKS or Sox to make wild-card.
Just wanna see Yanks get back to the late 90's Yanks, home grown talent and a few missing pieces. Not buy every old superstar and hope it works.

the Yankees are good for baseball though... its because of them teams like the Rays/Twins can compete. With the amount of revenue they bring and then the tax's George pays. Every team wishes they had an owner like George who will do whatever it takes to win, spend on anything if it gave his team a chance to win the WS. So many owner worried about money aspect which is why teams like Florida, Pirates, Padres, Brewers, Rays, and Jays continue to be medicore. Give them an owner willing to spend on whatever it takes and not concerned about making a profit then we might see some real parity in baseball.
