The MSU Oregon redbox bowl was a disgrace to football. Too bad such a great defense was wasted all season long.

it must be something about Wake Forest, because my answer to this thread is the 2006 Acc Championship between Georgia Tech and Wake Forest in Jacksonville. It was cold, wet, and the final score was 9-6 Wake. Reggie Ball went 9-29 with 8 of those going to Calvin Johnson. In those conditions, they could have dominated but for whatever reason the gameplan mostly consisted of running Calvin deep down the sideline every play with Reggie throwing it up for grabs....in the rain.

How he survived Reggie ball as his QB is beyond me

Reggie certainly allowed Calvin to showcase his ability to catch anything thrown in the same zipcode, that's for sure.

he caught 76 passes for 1200 yards as a Junior with Reggie throwing him the ball. With a competent QB in a competent offensive system, he likely goes for 1800 yards and wins the heisman.
