1-2 live = .05- .10 online
2-5 live = .10 - .25 (sometimes .25-.50)
5-10 live = .50-1 and up online

But you are right. I never really bankroll myself adequately when I put in an online session. I can deposit with the best in the world but my leak is the ability to hit the withdraw button

haha...it's not very hard...you just have to make adjustments...
i started out playing in the freaking 2-5 game at the belle just like everyone else...i just find it alot more convenient to play 2 or 3 tourneys, and 2 or 3 lower stakes cash games at the same time, without ever having to leave the house..

I never really realized it cause I grinded that game for 4 years but that really is the worst game in the country.

The 5-5 game with no cap way back in the day, along with the Wed 15-30 limit were tha nuts. How they eve thought it was a good idea to go from 5-5 to 1-2 with a 200 max is beyond me

that's what happens to most good live players that dabbled into online at first..
-its a whole diff world..i deposited 50 on stars in 2002(ish) and ran like a god for a week..had a little bankroll, and jumped right into a 3-6 nl game online...i figured out real quick, that wasnt the same people as the 2-5 doinks at the belle...lol

very true. I don't really trust online cash either. Too many computer programs and shite that I don't have to give them an edge. I would much rather have it the other way around where I am a better online player than live because of the $$$ and convenience but I just accepted the fact that I never wanted to put in the time to learn. Recently though I have talked with a friend of mine "TravestyFund" about watching him grind his Sunday session and pick up on how to win a fricking online tournament

ive never seen a 1-2 game there, and i played 2-5 just a few weeks ago...and yea that no cap game was sick, i actually played on the same table as you many times..(before i knew you)...i can even remember you bugging the floor to start a 5-10 game one time...i also remember we wore the dame sox hat..
