I’m definitely not saying they won’t be successful and this won’t work out, I’m just saying that the lakers fan arrogance on here is pretty comical considering that take on their status isn’t that far fetched.

Y'all get superstars because "Lakers". It's gross that only because Lebron is there they get to be competent again. But it is what it is. I certainly hope the Lakers fail, it would benefit my team and AD is bitch. But I can't act like I'm not frustrated that LA will even have a legit change at Kawhi and being a potential dynasty. They are set up because they are LA. Shitty circus show front office and all, they can still get their way, because they are the Lakers.

I've said it before, but Kawhi is the only max player that would put a damper on my expectations for the '23-'25 picks.
Any of the other players go there for the max and I'll be kind of excited. My dream is Jimmy, but with the rumor of Capella moving to Boston it sounds like he may be on his way to CC.

Well you get Kawhi obviously you win a title and all of this is moot and the picks are meaningless because he could be ADs batman longterm after Lebron. At this point I fully expect it to happen, too.
