Wisconsin penalized for winning their division

While Bama got rewarded for losing theirs.
They both have 1 loss but Wisconsin has one more win.
That tells you all you need to know about how screwed up the CFB playoff is.
Regular season means shite anymore and the committee just picks the 4 best blue bloods to play for a BS manufactured crown.

Bad team don’t go 12-0 facing a P5 schedule.
Are they better than Bama. Probably not but we don’t know for certain.
All we do know for certain is that Wisconsin accomplished more during the season than Alabama that ended up hurting more than helping.

Do you honestly think Wisconsin is better than Bama?
The goal is to get the 4 BEST teams in. I don't like it, but sometimes the truth hurts. Until they change the rules this was the right thing to do.

Prove they accomplished more?
That’s easy.
They won a power 5 division. Bama did not
They played in a conference championship game. Bama did not.
They have more wins than Bama.
Again, I’m not arguing that Wisconsin should be in. But the logic people are using to justify Bama being in says Wisconsin should have gotten in ahead of Bama

I hate the the fact that the committee uses subjective criteria that changes year to year to fit whatever their current agenda is.

This is where you are wrong. It does matter. The committee had to ask themselves who they thought the four best teams in college football were. They also had to ask themselves if all conferences are created equal. The answer to that question was obviously "no" because USC never got any consideration, despite the fact their season played out a lot like Ohio State's.
So then the committee had to ask themselves if Wisconsin was undefeated because they were that good or because their schedule was that bad. They came to the conclusion that their schedule was just that bad.
