I don't think we could touch 9.00 with all the doping allowed. It would have to be genetic engineering.

so are you suggesting that its humanly possible to run a mile in 60 seconds and 100M in 5?

There has to be some limit, what that is, we do not know.

I say 9.3x/9.4x will probably be about the where WRs begin to plateau. Bolt should be able to go sub 9.5 before his career is over and I think his records will stand for decades. 20 or 30 years from now someone will come along and lower Bolts' 9.4x by a few hundredths but that's about it. After that times will begin to plateau with sub 9.6s winning races 95% of the time. Forget about sub 9s, not going to happen....not even close.

It's hard to say NEVER, because you look at a guy like Bolt and he continues to break records without pushing it all the way through the line!

He probably has a sub 9.5 in him, as disgusting as that might be....

So I don't know, Trindon might run one from the DE spot this season chasing down Tebow
