i don't see it. i mean, the man hired phil jackson to get the shite together (which may not be working) but maybe one can hardly blame the owner for not trying in that case.

Oakley is saying he is on the same level as the owner that was forced out. I suppose he is suggesting all the up roar over Oakley is because Dolan is obviously a racist white owner. Slavery mentality and all.

Little harder to force an owner out when he owns the building

This isn't the same situation. Donald Sterling was taped making racist comments. Dolan simply seems to dislike Oakley because Oak has been consistently negative on him. Unless some proof comes out that Dolan is racist then Oakley and Draymond need to STFU about all that.

Why would he be forced to sell?

Agreed. In an interview Oakley said he would like to have dinner in a closed room with Dolan and keep the door locked. The cops could "be outside" and he may or may not put something in his food. Oakley then shows up sitting right behind him at a game. How is Dolan the bad guy in any of this? Because an unintelligent player for the Warriors compared playing in the nba to being a slave?

Because Mark Cuban didn't have enough character to protect private property rights for team owners during the Sterling affair.

You misunderstand me. What has the owner done to warrant a forced sale?

Harder still when the owners and player's union both like him.

Fielding absolutely garbage basketball teams despite being one of the most profitable teams in the NBA.

Dolan is a shitty owner. It wouldn't be the worst thing for the Knicks or the NBA if he was forced to sell.
But Donald Sterling had a long track record of horrid shite, along with being an utterly incompetent owner. The fact that he got whipped in federal court on multiple occasions for discriminatory leasing practices should have been enough for the NBA to bounce him years earlier. I mean, MLB took the Reds away from Marge Schott for saying stupid stuff privately. Sterling paid millions and millions in fines for not leasing apartments to Latinos, blacks and people with kids.
