I don't think Blanchard and Davis played in a game while both being heisman winners.
My top 5 college offenses are the same as mizzouiowa guy, but I'd have Nebraska 95 at #2 and Texas at #3. I think Nebraska was more of a well oiled machine whereas Texas was overly reliant on one guy.
I wouldn't consider 95 Nebraska the most "explosive". I would consider them the most dominant though. USC 05 is the most balanced (top 6 in rushing and passing is ridiculous) in college football history.

Again Nebraska played the #1 ranked defense that season, Kansas State. KSU held their running game in check(190 yards on 46 rush attempts) but Tommie Frazier threw for 4 touchdowns and Nebraska won in a blowout
