AC/DC and some of the metal bands aren’t woke enough to perform Super Bowl halftime.

Well that’s kind of the point.

The reason you try to appeal to a younger or new audience is to broaden your viewership and create more lifelong fans so the game and the business of the NFL continues to grow

They’ve already got their hooks into that 30 plus year old demographic. So they aren’t making decisions on how to make it more appealing to people who already like it

ETA and there’s no need to take it personally. This happens with every major company/industry in our country.
