This could definitely just be a guy making up a story about Kobe, but I have no doubt that there are times he has practiced 5 hours on his own before a team practice or something along those lines.
no doubt he has an out of this world work ethic
but i seriously doubt he worked out from 4AM(remember he was already drenched) until 11am when practice started. And then somehow practiced.
not to mention this guy is calling him "Kob" after shaking his hand once....
just seems like bullshite to me. It's a pretty easy story to embellish

You can't put anything on the Internet that isn't true

I love the conspiracy theorists. Can you just enjoy a nice anecdote?
Anyway, I am always in awe of Kobe's work ethic. I will never forget when I was told a while back that in shoot around Kobe told people to hit his elbow every time he shot the ball. It had never occurred to me that anybody did that.

Listen we all know this story was probably made up. Kobe is definitely on the upper end of the work ethic spectrum in the NBA though and so are MJ and Lebron. None of them would be where they are if they didn't work extremely hard. You can't get to the level they're on solely on talent.
