Nobody, you pointed out that Dogs >>> People.
My point is that Dogs and Cows are interchangeable depending on what culture you live in.
In India, Cows >>> People >>> Dogs.
In Korea, Cows >>> Dogs
So to argue that Vick killing puppies intentionally is way worse than us torturing and killing veal calves their entire life, force feeding them, etc. is very naive and ethnocentric.
Just my 2 cents. I'm not saying we should be vegetarians. I'm saying it's fricking hypocritical to eat mistreated animals (cows, chickens, pigs) and then get outraged over 40 fricking dogs.

My point is that Dogs and Cows are interchangeable depending on what culture you live in.

but Vick did the crime in Americas culture...where it's not acceptable behavior. I agree if he did it somewhere else....might not be big of a deal. but the majority of country are dog lovers.

In our culture cows aren't considered mans best friend.
People in America believe that dogs have feelings and their are emotional connections there. People consider dogs part of the family.
No one considers the chicken part of the family so they don't feel bad about it.
