No, like Mingo, I’m an attorney that knows how contracts work and how people can and will manipulate them to their advantage. You clearly aren’t and don’t and that’s ok

It’s apparently really hard for you lol
like i said, what some people consider stupid, others may find profound.
plenty of people said wearing masks was stupid, plenty said it saved lives
plenty of people said Iraq had WMDs
plenty of things are said and believed vehemently that dont withstand the test of time.
what your lizard brain struggles with is that it doesnt matter where you would fall on any of these issues, its that your comments or lack of comment could be used against you to the effect of millions of dollars. youd have to be a moron to think you could safeguard yourself in this day and age from controversy. if it comes for you it comes for you.
believe me when i say none of the arguments youve made here today represent the majority on this issue. youve swayed no one.

Ed Orgeron was drug in the media for not marching with the players when he wasn’t even told about it. He was also drug for saying Trump was nice to the team when they visited the White House. No one is reaching. These are real world things that can and have happened and that could also theoretically be used to manipulate clauses in a contract that are so ambiguous.
You know an easy way to avoid that? Don’t make political comments lol

That’s all well and good. I understand how they can be manipulated.
But you know how to avoid the possibility of having it manipulated?
Just. Don’t. Do. Stupid. shite.
CRAZY THOUGHT, I KNOW!!!!

NOT making a political comment about things like George Floyd or Black Lives Matter could end in the same result… which for the millionth time is the point

Everyone already knows you’re dumb as hell, but here’s an example:
Reporter- Shemar, how did you feel about your teams tough loss today?
Stewart- We played like shite and need to prepare and play better next week
Where does that fall on the tacky sweater stupid shite meter? Because you hear similar quotes every week from players, but he’s also saying the team sucked. Could that be interpreted as non-loyal language?

The first example wasn’t a comment. He was drug for doing…nothing. He didn’t attend something he wasn’t told was happening. That was turned into him being a racist. The second was a response to “how did your team enjoy their trip to the White House.” His comment wasn’t political. It was “yeah we had fun, Trump was nice.”

You can’t with that clause as written. That’s the point frick nut
However a way to avoid it is not signing bullshite contracts

I agree, which is why I would never advise anyone to sign a contract with that kind of language in it
