I have had to rehab my left hand and grip strength…apparently catcher’s thumb is a real thing.

Yup ! I know a guy who played college baseball as a catcher . He has bilateral total knee replacements from catching all those years .

pillow between the knees at night and a ton of stretching has helped hips, but i think its gonna follow us till grave.

gabapentin seems to be effective for some really tough aches
