Why does Ohio St not throw for 20+ yard passes. It's their bread and butter. Running sucks

I don't know why they continue to run for tiny gains. It seems when they throw deep, they always hit.

whatever their game plan is, leaving michigan recievers wide open to gain 50+ yards on a play isnt a good strategy in my book.
i guess they figure wear them down and win it in second half, but its frustrating to watch
