Pathetic schedule year after year. Undefeated Boise St wasn't allowed to play for a title because of weak schedule. Yet, OSU is looking at yet another chance to go.
Getting blown out and still talking smack.
Media bias
Elitist mentality when they're just as bad or worse than most other programs.
I really hope MSU beats them, because watching undeserved teams go to the NC and lose is a big part of the hate for OSU.

Media bias? OSU gets slammed in the media every week. Idc for it but listening to our fans clamor about it is annoying. The media is not bias for OSU.

I feel your pain. My in laws are from Ohio and they have been assholes to me and there daughter in laws for over 30 years. That entire family is littered with soft handed pricks. I think they found my wife under a rock.

I like Ohio State and respect their history.
Which is why I hate this current team the last two years.
24 wins over nobody that good - no bowl game or B1G title game last year to prove they're good or to get exposed.
It's not even akin to the Boise St. hate people on here directed toward the Broncos - Boise St. used to be a lower-tier school not too long ago...
We're talking about Ohio State here - their fans shouldn't be arrogant right now about what this team has accomplished. Their fans should be more intelligent about college football and be noble and honest...given the rich history of their program.
But they aren't. Their indignant and hypocritical and Ohio State should feel some shame if they slip into the BCS title game. They should be playing big time OOC opponents every year given the state of the B1G the last couple of years...they should have higher standards than Boise St.
So I hate that.

I would say Auburn or Okie St deserve to go over OSU this year. The schedule is horrible and the close calls to shitball teams is ridiculous. Although, AU had 2 lucky arse wins in back to back weeks. At least they were to good teams.

My whole family is from Ohio and my father played for Woody Hayes, but I was raised in Michigan and grew to love Michigan.
One of the biggest things I hate about tOSU is how irrational and hostile they are about the importance of college football and the rivalry.

In 2011 they would all tell you how their "better loss" was more important than Okie winning a conference, beating more ranked teams, beating more teams with winning records, SoS, etc
Fact is, if OSU makes it to the NC it will be the 2nd pussiest path in BcS history behind Oregon in 2010. It's beyond hypocritical to just clamor to the "we're undefeated" mantra when we have all seen undefeated teams left out because of their weak arse schedule/conferences and be ok with "those" teams.

Good reply. I respect what we've done but I agree we've played lots of tomato cans save MSU, Wisconsin and Michigan because those teams mean something. I too wish we played better competition OCC and played than we have the last two years. I don't think this team is worthy of a BCS title birth but definitely a BCS game against a quality opponent. This way we can find out if they really are good.
