McElmore, Zeller, Shabaz, Victor Oladipo and Smart are all top 5.

I think Smart is the best player in the draft.

I agree.

And Deng is probably the best on-ball wing defender in the NBA- outside of LeBron.

that's relatively speaking though, in theory these players probably are more skilled.
