They put ENTIRELY too much stock in combine numbers, IMO. Yes, the combine is important, but I also firmly believe that it’s the cause of so many 1st round busts.

You might be right about cap space, however, I’m sure they could have offered Daniel Jones the 1 year/ $14M he got from Indy. The issue was they weren’t willing to let him compete for the starting job like the Colts were. Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison is about as damn good a WR group you could ask for and that dude fricking sucks.
