So employees are responsible for harm they incur when their employers put them in harm's way? A KID is supposed to stand up to perhaps the most powerful person in his personal sphere?

The school and Kelly will be held accountable for the kid's death, as they should. I don't know whether I think Kelly should lose his job, but there has to and will be some retribution.
