MJD has the most potential I think. The Steelers really like Bell and even though the Dolphins don't seem too confident in Miller/Thomas I still think Miller is a good back.

I dont know how I feel about some of these signings.
Blount to Pitt makes a lot of sense. But at the same time, they just drafted Bell last draft. And he looked really good as the season progressed.
Knowshon the Miami was a weird signing as well. They were just about the worst rushing team in the NFL last year, and Moreno isnt the type of RB that can come in and change how they run the ball. Hes a really good pass blocker, but is average at everything else. Its not like he improved Miami's RB situation. Just adds a little more depth to an already underachieving backfield with Lamar Miller and Daniel Thomas. He should be giving Peyton Manning a cut from his contract because without Peyton, Knowshon may not even be in the league anymore.
For the 1st time in a while, it seems like Oakland is moving in the right direction and actually making some decent moves. If they can keep MJD and DMC healthy, that makes up a pretty good duo. Compliment each other very well, and splitting carries could keep them healthy. But if both get nicked up, it will be a huge failure.
Best FA RB signing: Rashard Jennings to the Giants.

there are only a few true #1 RB's in the league now.
none of these signings strike me as a team who just landed a RB who is going to be a full time ball carrier.
MJD will share carries with McFadden until he gets hurt. So I guess he has the best chance to get the most carries out of this group.

I mean with actually making some decent signings and not making stupid signings. And getting players familiar with their scheme.
Schaub sucked this past season. No doubt about that at all. But he has been a successful QB for multiple years in the league. He will come in and bring some veteran leadership to Oakland and is an upgrade for them.
Getting James Jones and MJD were solid signings as well. MJD has played for their OC before in his career. And re-signing DMC to a 1 year deal at a decent price was a good move as well.
Not saying they are going out and making multiple great signings. But this is the 1st offseason in a while where Oakland has made multiple decent / solid signings and not a dumb move.
