We are taking actual golf lay out, not property values or membership dues. Actual layout, design and your ability to enjoy it.
The Island, UC, The Bluffs, name your best.

Bluffs could be magic. But I'd rather play Webb vs bluffs in the shape it has been the last 2x I've played

I'd rather play mini golf than pay 30 bucks to play on crab grass

shite on web. Not only is the course complete shite but you will most likely have to deal with a group of Tigers who won't let you play through because you're a whitey

Bluffs has some truly awesome holes. The long elevation drop par 3. The split fairway par 5. Just unique holes, especially in this area.

Gotta give some mention to Santa Maria for the layout. Both par 5's on the front are great, as is that bitch par 3 #5.

And I think four of the best finishing holes you could ask for. 18 always makes for an interesting ending bet.

The bluffs is my favorite layout

Condition, I'll say Carter but I haven't played some of the private places in BR

It'll be fine. Just that one par three's green is struggling.

The Island is very underrated in this regard. Holes 2,9,10,11&18 are some of the best designed, most interesting and fun holes to play in the state. The Bluffs and CCLA are on great pieces of property, but the Island's best holes are better by a good margin in my opinion.

Bluffs and Carter both have great layouts. Much better than any of the other public courses in the area. I don't think I consider UClub a great layout, but it does have some really nice and challenging holes.
