Agreed. However, I'm not surprised in the least that she, or ESPN, wpuld ask those questions. I mean, hell, the State Attorney was asked by a reporter if the victim was tied to the University of Alabama. It was a true moment, yet I found myself laughing afterwards at how far journalists have fallen in today's world.

Winston and some PR guy did their jobs quite well. His answers turned the questions into team and support responses. When she persisted somebody (PR guy) tugged on his jersey as a signal to walk away.

Excellent job

Jameis Winston ESPN picture during RAPE ALLEGATIONS

Jameis Winston ESPN picture once their were NO Charges

Why were ESPN (other media outlets) finding the most obscure and WORST pics of Jameis to show when he was under investigation

I suspect some idiot producer inside the ESPN trailer was telling her to ask the question. I applaud him for walking off.

Yea...

I feel it was the producer than her. But she's going to be the one to catch hell for it.

Reminds me of that Bonnie Bernstein/ Roy Williams deal some years back.

Wow. I guess I changed the channel to quickly.....caught the first question and was ok with it being asked, but for her to ask 3 more is a joke. Thought Heather was better than that.

Good for him for walking away from that mess.

If he would have gotten mad or said something then he would be getting ripped tomorrow.

He simply turned and walked away he was the adult in this situation but he should have never put himself in this situation in the first place.

How many times did they ask Saban about Texas yesterday

No doubt. Fowler asked some good questions and made points when talking to Sark and Haden on the set yesterday. You can damn well guarantee Nick told them to not ask one thing about his job status. ESPN may hold sway over most everything.... everything except Nick Saban.

Why would they? He's under contract as the Head Coach at Alabama. Texas has a coach. Keep hoping, though..

Yeah I noticed someone tugged on his shirt and said something to him. Probably told him interview is over walk away.

I don't blame him for walking away (or getting pulled away). Good for him.

But what is the big deal about asking those questions? She is a reporter and this has dominated the news. Also, he can tell her that he chose not to speak during the investigation because of advice from his attorney or say no comment. He isn't some helpless infant. The guy is old enough to advocate for himself.
