When will other conferences do what ACC does with replays?

SEC reminds me of that old joke.

The SEC will never do this. They are leveraging replay as another mechanism to fix games and have been doing that since 2009. Can you imagine hearing a Bama alum relaying to the refs how to alter rules, etc?
The Bama game last year comes to mind with all the stops and replays that magically screwed LSU. The corruption is so blatant that nothing would surprise me at this point.
Lots of times you don't need replay to tell you how the game will turn out. For example, late hits, cheap shots, etc that go uncalled are the most obvious ones.
Either way I applaud the ACC for the transparency.
