Not to mention there were only 2 changes to a long tenured coaching staff once he became the head coach.

It was a seamless transition.

I expected a bit more but this gig isn't anything close to his situation at Oregon.

He isn't even using his offense. And he refuses to. Also been reports he works less than 40 hour m-f. He is doing nothing but collecting a check. This is his last pay day.

So, it's an even longer process then. Eta....I never said he was. Was just referring how seamless his last transition was compared to this one.

No idea what he's doing.

I don't believe that but I know that he didn't want his staff living at the office at Oregon.
