Mexican national team jersey.

If you really want them to do a good job, you could have the name Marquez on the back and give them a complementary red card.

In all honesty, I enjoy watching the World Cup, but it's hard for me to get into soccer day in and day out, because the MLS blows and I can't really watch Euroleague soccer since the games are on during the middle of the day while I'm at work. So no matter how much I try to keep up with it I always find myself not caring after a while.

I watch the world cup too. I like how just because i asked a question about a trend on here, so many assumed that I know nothing about the sport

I disagree. Give it a chance and it might impress you. I did and now I watch any chance I get. It is the best league in North America, and on par with second tier leagues around the world.

I'll be the first to admit I don't know what is going on in leagues around the world, but I always know how the US national team is doing, and I know the rules and shite

I find it very difficult to follow European club leagues. Especially since my team is Leeds. Getting news on League One is not easy. My interest in international club soccer is fairly slight.

However, I do follow MLS, which I enjoy (Go DC United!) and I follow international soccer on the national team level. BTW - check out Group 7 of UEFA qualifying. France is five points out of second right now. Oh please please please please

Leeds - how the mighty have fallen due to mismanagement and throwing all their money in the Champions League. I will always remember the vid of Alan Smith crying in his last game before being sold. That was a good team with Smith, Viduka, etc.

There's an article on ESPN right now about the Leeds diaspora, how almost none of the players have panned out. Really, aside from Ferdinand and Woodgate, it's pretty brutal. Though the article made no mention of Lucas Radebe.

And it made no mention of the "incident", when three players were involved in racially motivated violence.

really? damn no offense, i just never thought you would have been that great of an athlete. that is quite impressive for someone of your build.

i still do fundamentally disagree with your statement about being about to play different professional sports if you had adapted your body to that particular sport.

i see only a select few athletes being able to accomplish this in todays game: lebron, kobe, usain bolt, etc.

Great article on Leeds. Forgot how much potential that team had.

i can see where it's hard to believe, but most athletes are just like putty

that's why athletic measurements are so big in the NFL, the know that if the player is an elite athlete, they can make him do what they want to.

Of course that doesn't always work, but in a lot of cases it can.
